I did NOT want to hear yet another suggestion of something to add to my routine if I wanted to maintain, improve or prevent something or another related to my physical body. Nope, enough already as some say. And how would I fit it in to my already seemingly busy pile of must dos?
The response to my protest? “Maintain or realize the consequences.”
What do I mean by maintenance must dos? A few current examples include stretching exercises for my dutiful feet and toes and for my very computer focused hands and fingers, hair oil treatments, face exercise (I still do very little), face massage (professional massage and also some on my own).
I generally hup-to as I prefer the positive result to the opposite. And I tend to find the time. Once I manage to remember to do something new on a regular basis I can often fit it in without requiring extra time. For example, toes and hands can be stretched when on the telephone or in the shower. Many face exercises can be done while driving. The routine becomes natural versus requiring a reminder list.
Anyway, as we march forward with Body Mind Decisions we are likely to share many thoughts of our own and others that fall into the maintenance category. Some may feel relevant to you. If so, hup-to, make it natural and smile.

My favorite response to having to do “all this” is I know that not doing it only makes me suffer and feel bad in body and spirit. This is part of my own co-creation and better health. Hence a cupboard full of supplements because I am willing to try anything once. Then merge what works into my daily routine. I make my schedule fit me, not the other way around.
