During this period of Coronavirus-Stay-at-Home many have started or increased at home fitness activities. If you like to follow along with a video and if you have Xfinity you might know that they offer a selection of fitness videos at no charge. In addition, we have checked, and will continue to check, Youtube for fitness videos that we like. An initial two are below:
1) Thirty minutes of indoor “walking” when you cannot get for the real thing.
