Good Fats, Another How To

A friend was recently advised to consume two tablespoons of good oils (certain oils and combinations) at night, before heading to sleep. She needs to catch up on a depletion of good fats, oils, in her body as part of healing a health issue.

Anyway, the point of this note is that she was told that she could apply a bunch of it to her skin instead of consuming it. The skin absorbs that well. And, two birds at once — moisturizing her skin and getting the recommended dosage in a simple fashion.

Easy!
