In this section, Adamus St. Germain, channeled by Geoffrey Hoppe, encourages us to breathe, allow our light in, then to receive the light and allow flow (memorable given the acronym – BARF). BARF is in order to to allow change in our life, the natural way. No force, no specifics such as “I would like a new car.” With BARF, we flow with the light, the wholeness of who we are and what is meant to be unfolds.
