Choosing to Keep our Physical Health

It sometimes seems that just as we become the wiser mentally and emotionally, we feel that we cannot maintain physical health. The world told us that we “inevitably” fall into a downward trend. How did we allow such into our psyches? Yes, things change, but we do not need to “let it all go”.

Poof to that. Learn, move and choose.

I am currently learning information that is new to me about food combining and choices given that I am “no longer 50”. Our bodies respond differently as we move along in age, information facilitates choices that the body likes. (I will write a post about my learnings.)

And remember that in order to continue physical health we also have to continue, or find, emotional and mental health. We are a system, our puzzle pieces fit together, not apart.
