Drained?

Feeling especially drained lately? Most people I know are empathetic and feeling quite drained as what is going on now in the world wasn’t the plan for this time in their lives. And they don’t know how to recharge. 

To feel more energy and connectedness, give yourself time to recharge even if it’s only closing your eyes and ignoring your mind and to “do list” for 3 to 5 minutes in the morning. You will come out of fight or flight and have a better perspective on the world and your life in the day. Just sit peacefully and let your body relax, let go and release old beliefs.       

Also, get off social media and stop watching the news. I stopped that 10 years ago as there it includes too much trauma. Keep electronics and TVs out of the bedroom. The blue light over stimulates. And get eight hours of sleep!  

I also like to refer people to Judith Orloff, Matt Kahn and sometimes Cyndi Dale’s information. Cyndi is very spiritual, so better suited to some than others.  

Some may also experience the virus trying to reoccur in the body. Keep your immune system strong with Vitamin C, Zinc, Elderberry and Vitamin D.  .
