Tuck Under

Tuck under for posture, tummy strengthening, a happy back. Or tuck down, whichever term speaks to you.

We do not want to stick our rears out as we move. The tail bone is to the floor, the tummy pulled up and in.

Think about it when walking, walking up and down stairs, exercising, sitting. If it is not already, it will become a habit.
