Did you realize that there are 57 muscles in the face and neck? Just as exercise tones our bodies, exercising the face and neck muscles helps to keep these areas toned and lifted. When the skin covers toned muscles it looks firmer, is firmer. Of course! Face exercise is healthy as it increases circulation, increasing tissue health. And it only needs to cost the amount of online training. Personal and in person training is also an option.
Oh my Goodness, it Requires yet more Maintenance
How do we fit facial exercise into the routine? A face exercise routine can take from 7 to more minutes. If you cannot allocate the time in one chunk, once familiar with the exercises, multi-tasking is an option. For example, while driving (clearly, only exercises that have eyes open and are hands free), cooking, walking, watching TV or showering. Use your imagination within your activity set.
