A Spring Cleanse – Hip Hip for Nature’s Sunshine

I have recently completed a spring cleanse using Nature’s Sunshine CleanStart Cleanse product. It is a two week program and is easy to use.

How it works: “Environmental pollutants can build up in the body, slowing natural cleansing and detoxifying processes. CleanStart® …helps support the primary detoxifying processes of the body.”

I will use it again, potentially on a six month cycle.

And I next plan to try the Para-Cleanse, starting the ten-day cleanse five days prior to the full moon. The timing is because of the “parasites’ life cycle in which they are more active and reproducing during full moons.” We have more serotonin during full moons, and “parasitic worms use serotonin to help them move.”
